|Perrit as a Service Provider|
The role of Perrit as “Software as a Service Provider” is to deliver the agreed services within the specified service levels. Monthly reporting will be done over the agreed services and agreed KPI’s. The content of the Online Services Catalogue will be evaluated and if necessary adjusted.
The agreed service levels can be adjusted.
The frequency to evaluate the content of the Online Services Catalogue and to review the service levels will be defined in the frame agreement between Customer and PERRIT.
The customer needs to define his requirements for the combination of products and services with the demanded service levels.
The customer needs to establish a demand organization in order to manage the communication and agreement with Perrit before the start date of the contract.
There can be two situations of involved third parties, one managed by Perrit and the other by the customer:
• Perrit can contract a third party to enable the delivery of a specific service component. In this case Perrit is solely responsible for the contract agreements and the management of the third party;
• The customer can contract a third party to complement a delivered service by Perrit. In this case the customer is in principle responsible for the contract agreements and the management of the third party unless customer and Service Provider agree otherwise.
