Approval
Office Timesheets makes the approval of time and costs-items easy with his fully adjustable approval process. Just fill in when and how the approval process needs to start and Office Timesheets takes care of the rest.
Roles
User Security Policies in Office Timesheets determine more then what a user can do, it also determines what a user can see in each tab and ribbon-group. Depending on the role of user more things can be customized and entered. Because of this there is allways a user-friendly interface.
Layout
Office Timesheets has the familair MS Office 2007 interface for easy interaction and acception from users. For Microsoft Office users Office Timesheets will be familair and straight forward. Office Timesheets users only need a internet connection to access all of the functions of Office Timesheets all over the world.
Import Export data
It is possible with Office Timesheets to import data from any other application, or export it to any other application. A generic import/export module makes it possible to generate .CSV files so they can be analyzed with for example Excel.

Integration with Microsoft Project
Office Timesheets includes a two-way integration with Microsoft Project. What does this mean? Office Timesheets allows the user to import tasks who are saved in a Microsoft Project-file and the other way around. By doing this timetables, recourses and tasks can be synchronized between the two applications for optimal productivity.
